Excellent quality Zweigart double-mesh Penelope Tapestry Canvas in 10 count. Penelope Canvas is only available in Antique, colour as pictured.

The Royal School of Needlework recommend using antique colour canvas.  The more neutral colour of antique canvas is far easier to cover with stitches than a bright white canvas. However, if you were working a project with a lot of light colours in it then the opposite would be true and a white canvas would be more forgiving to use.
