Cifonda Art Silk

*Unfortunately Cifonda Art Silk has been discontinued. We still have most colours available, however Black, White, 215 Dark Grey and 522A are now sold out. You can substitute with Rajmahal Art Silk which is almost identical –  Colour 29 is Black, 96 is White and 25 is Dark Grey.  Cifonda colour 522A can be substituted with Cifonda 523A.

Cifonda Art Silk threads are a composite silk thread with the sheen of silk and the vibrant colours of rayon. The threads are 6 stranded, 2-ply floss with a high gloss and are made of 35% silk, 65% rayon. Cifonda threads are ideal for all forms of hand embroidery including thread painting, highlighting and wherever a very fine thread with a high sheen is required.
