The Crewel Work Company’s crewel embroidery needles are an exclusive release. The eye is large and polished for ease of threading. The needle itself is wide so that the wool may pass through the linen cleanly and without shredding. The sharp point of the needle ensures a clean entry through the heavy linen twill.

Available in two sizes:

• The smaller, gold-plated needle is for use with single thread.
• The larger, polished-nickel ‘silver’ needle is for use with double thread.

Tip: Remember to keep your needle at 90 degrees at all times when passing it through the linen.
