Benton & Johnson Couching Thread 371

Benton & Johnson Couching Thread 371 is a synthetic thread wrapped around a cotton core. The thread is straight and smooth in appearance and turns corners easily when using fine tipped tweezers. This thread is available in a large range of beautiful colours. The Dark Gold, Silver and Copper are very similar to Passing threads. The thread can be used in the same method as couching down Smooth Passing. It can also be used for plaited braid stitch, filling areas in couching and for Or Nue and although it looks like a real metal thread, it will not tarnish.

Priced per 5 metres lengths. Multiple metres of the same thread will be one continuous piece.
