The Crewel Work Company Jacobean Hunt

Jacobean Hunt is a replica of an original 1660s design in our private collection. The strong colours are accurate to the unfaded wools on the reverse side of the linen on the original pillow and the stitches, lack of scale, and the profusion of content are all typical of late 17th Century British crewel work.
