John James Chenille Needles size #13, #14, #16 & Sets

Large chenille needles for Ribbon Embroidery by John James. The larger needles are sold individually or as part of a set. Please choose from the drop down menu.

The set Includes all sizes of Chenille needles – Size 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24 with two needles of each size in each set. A colour print of the needle sizes is included to assist identification.

Generally we recommend using #13 and #14 for wide ribbon as they are the largest needles. No #16 is mainly used for 13mm ribbon. No #18 for 7mm ribbon. No #20 is for 4mm ribbon and No #22 and #24 are for 2mm ribbon (in some cases this recommendation would vary depending on the project you are working on).
